Project Management Experience
Proven experience managing site-based projects through the full project lifecycle, including:
Project initiation and funding requests
Engineering and design phases
Field execution and implementation
Project closeout
Technical Background
Candidates must demonstrate experience in one of the following areas:
Electrical and I&C-focused projects, or
Mechanical-focused projects
Additional Requirements
Strong understanding of station processes and project management best practices.
Experience utilizing online and outage work management processes for project scheduling and execution.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
Word
Excel
PowerPoint
Outlook
Microsoft Project
Experience reviewing and interpreting Primavera P6 project schedules.
Desired Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated success building relationships and working effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.

Position Overview
The selected contractor will support the Nuclear Projects organization and be responsible for managing site projects from initiation through closeout. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in project management, leadership, and relevant technical disciplines within a nuclear generation environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading project teams to achieve established milestones and objectives.
Developing, managing, and monitoring project performance, budgets, and schedules.
Coordinating the resolution of technical issues and implementing project changes when required.
Ensuring project deliverables meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain unescorted nuclear plant access and successfully complete all station security, badging, and training requirements.
Preferred Experience
6 years of project management experience.
Prior experience supporting nuclear generation projects strongly preferred.
