Job Title: RN – Cardiac Surgical Stepdown
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma 74133
Duration: 52 weeks
Shift/Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
Pay rate: Starts at $33.15/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Provide patient care while considering age, cultural, psychosocial, and clinical factors.
• Document patient care and progress using appropriate medical terminology.
• Facilitate patient discharge through referrals and patient education.
• Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines and staff.
• Participate in performance improvement, in-services, education, and variance reporting.
• Exercise independent judgment in patient-care decisions.
• Coordinate and lead activities of other staff without direct supervision.
• Work directly with patients, customers, healthcare professionals, and leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work-related nursing experience.
• Knowledge of disease-state management, biopsychosocial models, and clinical pathways.
• Completion of an approved professional nursing program.
• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma RN license.
