Job Title: Registered Nurse – ICU Nurse
Location: San Leandro, CA 94577
Shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Nights, 3x12hr)
Duration: 13+ Weeks (Possible Extension)
Pay: Local Pay: $77/hr on W2
Travel Pay: $3299/Weekly
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards defined by the state Board of Nursing.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, including ongoing collection and assessment of patient health data.
- Provide health teaching, counseling, and supportive/restorative therapy directly to patients or through consultation, delegation, supervision, and teaching of others.
- Execute delegated medical functions, monitor treatment plans, and refer patients for further evaluation as needed.
- Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
- May be required to float to other departments (within competency and qualifications) based on business need.
Requirements:
- Active RN License – Single State (CA).
- 1+ years of minimum ICU experience in last 3 years.
- BLS, ACLS and NIHSS
