Radiology Technologist – X-Ray

Location: Grapevine, TX
Assignment: 13 Weeks | Travel
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
Shift: PM
Interview: Virtual/Phone

Potential: Temp-to-Perm

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Radiology/X-Ray experience

• ARRT (R) certification required

• Texas MRT license required

• BLS – AHA only

• OR experience is a plus

• Ability to work independently and follow established imaging protocols

Job Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiology/X-Ray procedures according to established protocols.

• Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging procedures.

• Operate and adjust imaging equipment to obtain quality diagnostic images.

• Verify patient information, orders, history, pregnancy status, and required documentation.

• Follow radiation safety, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols.

• Explain procedures to patients and provide clear instructions to ensure comfort and cooperation.

• Maintain imaging equipment, supplies, and work areas according to department standards.

• Document and maintain accurate imaging records.

• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, engineers, physicists, and other healthcare professionals as needed.

• Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergency situations.

• Maintain professional customer service and help minimize patient wait times.

• May be required to take call based on departmental needs.
