Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry
Location: Manahawkin, NJ 08050
Duration: 10/12/2026–01/31/2027
Shift: Day
Schedule: 36 hrs/week, 3×12; every other weekend; no holidays; no scheduled on-call; float within facility to like units as needed
Pay Rate: $52-$56/hr.
Requirements
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience
- Telemetry and Step-Down experience
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of experience
Required Education
- ASN
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Preferred Education
- BSN
- Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam
Required Licensure & Certifications
- NJ State Professional RN License or Multistate Compact License
- BLS – AHA
- NIHSS
- Tele Certification
- 4-hour Stroke CEU
Additional Required Certification
- Telemetry Certification / Telemetry Competency Exam

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
- Plan, implement and document nursing care based on patient needs.
- Identify patient needs and determine priorities through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
- Develop, implement and coordinate individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage assigned patient care.
- Document care according to standards of care, patient acuity and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based nursing practices and care standards.
- Provide patient-centered care aligned with the professional nursing practice model.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
