Job Title: Cath Lab Tech
Location: Newton, NJ
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 4 day / 9.5-hour shift – 7AM-5PM; 1-2 weekend STEMI on call
Pay Rate: $76/HR ON W2
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and assisting in various cardiac and interventional procedures, monitoring patient data, and ensuring adherence to protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI), and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc.
- Able to monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data.
- Provide procedural assistance to the physician, pre, intra, and post-procedure.
- Assess and manage access site, and inform physician.
- Adhere to On call protocol for Cath lab.
- Prepare patient for procedures.
Required Skills:
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist.
- RCIS certification preferred.
- BLS, ACLS & IABP experience required.
- Cardiac Cath lab experience required.
