Travel Pay: $2175.12/weekly (Stipend: $1239.12 | Hourly: $26/hour on W2)
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry provides patient care to individuals requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Responsibilities include assessing patients, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms, administering medications, coordinating treatment plans, documenting patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
Job Duties:
- Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical duties in accordance with accepted nursing practice standards and state regulations.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Collect, assess, and monitor patient health data to evaluate health status.
- Provide patient education, health teaching, and counseling as appropriate.
- Deliver therapeutic and restorative care directly to patients or indirectly through consultation, delegation, supervision, and education of others.
- Perform delegated medical functions within the scope of practice.
- Refer patients for additional evaluation or treatment when necessary.
- Review and monitor treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Experience
- Active RN License
- BLS
- ACLS/NRP/PALS
