Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 11/30/2026 – 01/30/2027
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 7.5 Hours/Day | 37.5 Hours/Week
Pay range – $25/hr – $28/hr.
Schedule Notes:
5 days per week.
Temp-to-perm opportunity.
Coordinate onboarding activities from offer acceptance through the initial employment journey.
Ensure completion of required onboarding steps and documentation.
Track onboarding progress and identify delays or risks to timelines.
Strong presentation skills and attention to detail are required.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Access.
Ability to create complex presentations using PowerPoint.
Experience creating charts and graphs using database information.
Experience coordinating onboarding activities and tracking required documentation.
Ability to identify onboarding delays and potential timeline risks.
Experience with training class scheduling, classroom setup, survey creation, and general administrative duties.
General administrative skills, including answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements.
Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
Experience with onboarding, recruitment, HR project management, HR data reporting, and data validation.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Languages:
English – Speak, Read, and Write.
