Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:
This position is primarily focused on document handling and administrative support, including scanning, uploading, organizing, naming documents, mail pickup, sorting, distributing, opening and time-stamping mail, and supporting high-volume document workflows.
Required Skills/Attributes:
Strong organization and time management skills
High attention to detail
Experience supporting attorneys or legal teams preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism
Desired Skills/Attributes:
Litigation legal experience. Regulatory would be a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with SharePoint, TeaClientonnect, CompuLaw
Experience with document-heavy environments (discovery, productions, uploads)
Ability to learn systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities
