Title: RN Psych
Location: Enid, OK
Duration: 3 months with always a chance of extension
Shift: 3 x 12s-night shift
Requirements:
- RN License of Oklahoma or Compact License
- Psych Experience – Required: 1+ Years
- BLS required.
Job Overview:
- Adult & Geriatric RN needed to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
- Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, care planning, monitoring changes in condition, patient/family education, and accurate documentation.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, communicates effectively with physicians, and participates in discharge planning and quality improvement.
