Job Description

Build a new Jamf Pro environment capable of supporting provisioning, configuration, compliance, software deployment, patching, and lifecycle management for approximately 300 macOS devices. The Jamf Pro environment should consist of the following: be cloud based provide zero touch enrollment integrate with ABM (ADE/VPP) include Jamf Connect to integrate with Entra ID for Mac account creation, password sync, MFA include SSO integration with Entra ID for console access, plus a local break glass account include API roles for ServiceNow and other integrations provide configuration settings including security baselines, PPPC, WiFi, and Digicert TLM certificate profiles provide software packaging and deployment including Required as well as Self Service+ from various sources including store based (public or private), pkg or app based, script based include standard apps such as CrowdStrike, Qualys, Nexthink, Zscaler, Office/Teams, Chrome provide for OS patching Document the environment for turnover to an MSP
