Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload

• Will work on renewing licenses.
• Performing license site inspections.
• Clearing encroachments.
• Performing site inspections for encroachments.
• Reviewing plans for consent compatibility.
• Attend project meetings with internal and external project managers.

Required Skills/Attributes

• Use of MS Office.
• Use of Google Earth.
• Will need reliable transportation.
• Can track and follow through on multiple tasks with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a good communicator who can collaborate with cities/project managers/developers.

Desired Skills/Attributes

• Experience with SAP.
• Reading development/engineering plans.
• Has some title experience which helps with understanding basic property rights.
