Title: Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Location: Milan, IL
Duration: 12 Months
Pay range: $23-$24
Shift: 1st shift hours during training period (7:00am – 3:30pm). After training is completed, hours are flexible.
Notes:
- There may be occasional travel to offsite warehouses near Client in Milan (driving distance is less than 10 miles)
- This role will be working in a warehouse environment and will require all necessary PPE – safety shoes, safety glasses and gloves. (all PPE except for metatarsals are provided by client)
- Metatarsals are required from day one
Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role will be to measure parts in the warehouse and input the data into our packaging spec application. SCW Analysts will provide a list of parts and warehouse locations to go to review the parts. Specific instructions will be provided on what measurements need to be made and how to make them.
Top Must Haves:
- basic Excel, computer knowledge
- Decision making skills
- Ability to look at data sets
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to drive Cushman (small, battery-operated vehicle – similar to a small golf-cart)
- Comfortable in high traffic warehouse environment
- Able to be on their feet 50% of day
Education/experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, and/or supply chain OR equivalent work experience
- Manager is open to recent graduates
