Job Title: RN – Pediatric Dialysis
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73104
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift/Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts (5:00 AM – 5:30 PM), 3 days/week (36 hours/week)
Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned pediatric dialysis patients.
• Align practice with Client values and professional nursing standards.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products as prescribed.
• Assist physicians during examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
• Monitor physiological data and intervene appropriately when necessary.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
• Address patient concerns and collaborate with support staff for timely resolution.
• Coordinate referrals for patient care needs.
• Delegate tasks to clinical support staff as appropriate.
• Mentor peers and participate in professional development activities.
• Maintain required certifications and licensure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • 3–5 years of patient care experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced nursing theory, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to independently organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care.
  • Experience with computer applications used for patient safety and quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, resolve conflicts professionally, and advocate for patients.
  • Ability to comply with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Education:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Licenses & Certifications:
  • Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate Compact RN License (eNLC).
  • BLS (American Heart Association).
