Job Title: RN – PCU

Job Location: Jackson, MI

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Night 12X3 7PM-7AM
Note: Weekend and holiday availability required

Job Description:

• Provides and coordinates compassionate patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, and supports resolution of care plan issues.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a PCU/Stepdown/Telemetry RN
• Experience with medication drips
• Strong clinical, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to provide a wide range of nursing services

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Current active MI RN licensure
• BLS and ACLS

Education:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) Preferred.

Schedule Note:

• Night 12X3 7PM-7AM
• WORKER REQUIRED TO FLOAT TO AN EQUAL OR LESSER ACUITY IF REQUESTED
