Job Title: Phlebotomist III
Job Location: Roanoke, VA- 24018
Job Duration: 5+ months of Contract + Possible extension/temp to hire
Shift: Mon-Fri (7:00 am – 6:00 pm) EST (hours varies)
Job Description:

• Min. 3 years of professional Phlebotomist experience is required.
• Perform blood draws safely and accurately.
• Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Verify patient information and ensure specimen labels are correct before sending to the lab.
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections when required.
• Follow HIPAA, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures and making patients feel comfortable.
• Help maintain smooth daily operations at assigned locations.
