Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Local Pay: $53/hr. on W2
Travel Pay: $2062.21/Weekly (Blended)
Shift: 3 × 12-Hour Day Shifts | 30-Minute Call Response
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist with strong Cardiovascular (CV/Cardio) experience to support surgical procedures and maintain a safe, sterile operating-room environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on scrubbing experience and be confident assisting surgeons throughout operative procedures.
Job Duties:

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures.
• Maintain the sterile field and ensure all surgical items meet sterilization and safety requirements.
• Assist surgeons during procedures while following established ORT scope of practice.
• Recognize and appropriately respond to sharps, fire safety, and emergency situations.
• Assist with sterile processing, room turnover, cleaning, and preparation for subsequent procedures.
• Work closely with the surgical team, including Registered Nurses and surgical services management, to support safe and efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Cardiovascular (CV/Cardio) experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Colorado Surgical Technologist License (DORA) – Required.
• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Required.
• BLS certification through AHA – Required.
