Job Title: RN – Telemetry
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 03 months Contract
Schedule: DAYS 7am-7:30pm, EOW
Hourly rate: $ 53/hour on W2 (Negotiable)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Required Specialty: Minimum 2 years Telemetry / Med-Surg experience
• License: Active NYS RN License
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• Clinical Skills: Telemetry and ventilator experience required
• EMR: EPIC experience highly required
• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care
• Perform assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations
• Monitor telemetry patients and recognize/escalate clinical changes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment, discharge, and follow-up care
• Perform medication administration and accurate clinical documentation
• Conduct purposeful hourly rounding and support patient experience initiatives
• Follow quality, safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and nursing research
• Manage patient assignments, prioritization, delegation, and throughput
• Perform charge nurse duties when assigned
• Must Have: Telemetry experience
