Job Title: Assembly Manufacturing Engineer
Job Location: Horicon, WI (Onsite)
Job Duration: 24 months contract (High Possibility of extension)
Shift: 1st shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Job Description:

- Communication Skills: Will be on shop floor working with wage and production employees’ helping with troubleshooting. Working within a team.
- Problem Solving: Be comfortable working in high pressure situation – Being able to work through challenges.
- Initiative: Someone that has ambition, eager to learn, is highly engaged.
Education:
- Prefer Engineering Degree – but open to HS Diploma with minimum 3 years engineer experience. Also open to new grads that has completed engineer internships.
Shift:
- 1st shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
- **Note: Role may require support or transition to off-shift.**
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Spend approximately 50% of the day working on the shop floor.
- Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs, though this will be infrequent.
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills for all levels of organization.
- The role involves direct line support for production employees
- and communicating project progress to management.
- Knowledge of assembly processes and tooling is highly preferred.
- May drive a client Gator inside the factory after completing training.
- May drive a personal vehicle to other facilities for meetings as needed.
- Metatarsal shoes are required for the first day.
