Education

Position Summary

The Business Systems Analyst, Enrollment & Member/Provider Services, is a cross-functional role supporting both the Enrollment and Member/Provider Services (MPS) areas through the implementation of HealthRules Payer (HRP) and GuidingCare, as well as post-go-live stabilization. The role provides operational support, ensures alignment between Enrollment and MPS workstreams, and maintains data accuracy, workflow readiness, and system functionality. The analyst serves as the liaison between business operations, IT, and external vendors to support successful implementation and ongoing system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation activities through UAT execution, regression testing, and validation of system behavior.

• Perform data migration checks for enrollment, demographic, provider, and related datasets.

• Review system configuration for accuracy and completeness across HealthRules Payer (HRP) and GuidingCare.

• Track issues, triage defects, and follow up through timely resolution.

• Develop and update process documentation and standard operating procedures.

• Support operational readiness and stabilization planning before go-live.

• Map and manage integration points between Enrollment and Member/Provider Services workstreams.

• Ensure HRP and GuidingCare requirements remain aligned across both functional areas.

• Coordinate workflow changes affecting multiple teams.

• Identify and prevent duplication, misalignment, and conflicting decisions between departments.

• Provide ongoing system maintenance and configuration support after implementation.

• Serve as first-line support for operational issues related to HRP and GuidingCare.

• Perform data quality checks and reconciliation activities.

• Refine workflows and support continuous process optimization.

• Act as liaison between Operations, IT, and vendors for system enhancements, issues, and releases.

• Help maintain member and provider experience by ensuring operational continuity and system accuracy.
