Job Title: Coordinator, Contract Administration
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90038 (Onsite)
Duration: 4 months (Extension Possible)
Pay Range: $38/hr. – $40/hr.
Overview and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and curious individual to join our Contract Administration team. The Administrator will work closely with various departments including Legal, Business Affairs, Production, Casting, Labor Relations, Current, and Creative to administer the contractual obligations of all above-the-line talent. The candidate is eager to learn and understand the importance of minuscule details.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Disseminates all start paperwork.
- A-T-L payment schedules.
- Option pick up & start date notices.
- Creates and maintains show files and informational charts for all assigned series.
- Assisting with other special projects as requested by senior business and legal affairs executives.
- Sends out pertinent documentation & maintains charts in connection with studio rights and obligations for all assigned Client’s.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant experience in business affairs and/or legal affairs, and/or contract administration at a major studio, entertainment firm or agency.
- Ability to read and understand contracts and terms of payment.
- Ability to work effectively and communicate with multiple internal and external groups.
- Skilled in Microsoft 360 – Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficient with AirTable.

- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
- Ability to work well under pressure with many changing deadlines/strong time management skills.
- Be a proactive contributor who can work both independently and collaboratively to balance multiple priorities at a time in an efficient manner.
- Have phenomenal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor s degree preferred, but not required.
