Job Title: Supply Replenisher Associate I
Job Duration: 5-month contract (possible extension)
Job Location: Irving, TX 75063
Shift: :Mon-Fri 7am – 4pm
Job Summary:

• The Supply Replenisher Associate I supports laboratory operations by ensuring timely replenishment and movement of supplies and materials. This role focuses on inventory management, cycle counting, material flow, and maintaining supply availability throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage material flow and supply replenishment across laboratory facilities.
• Perform daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Support lean supply management initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
• Maintain visual inventory management tools such as Kanban systems and labeling processes.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and supply analysts to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Assist in reducing supply chain costs and improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Experience with inventory control processes preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
