Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM CST | 40 hours/week
Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist I / Patient Services Representative I to join our team in Greenville, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens from patients, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and providing an exceptional patient experience.
• This role requires excellent phlebotomy skills, particularly with pediatric patients, along with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection accurately and safely.
• Perform Pediatric blood collections following established procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare, process, and label specimens for laboratory testing.
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Explain collection procedures to patients and create a comfortable, professional environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Follow all established company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Complete daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism and provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and staff.
• Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Support staffing needs, including occasional weekends, holidays, on-call assignments, and overtime when required.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required.
• Strong Pediatric phlebotomy/collection skills required.
• Ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Keyboarding and data-entry experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
