Job Title: People Experience Advisor

Pay Rate: $25.79/hr

Job Summary:

The People Experience Advisor is responsible for the local execution of operational HR activities. The Advisor serves as the key point of contact for employees where self-service/shared services support is not available and works within the local Business Unit (BU) squad team.

The People Experience Advisor may also support the implementation of local HR projects and initiatives.

High-Level Responsibilities & Key HR Interactions:

All People Experience Advisors:

• Use Business Unit knowledge to provide local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the BU/location (e.g., Time & Attendance support, etc.).
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local BU/location; work as part of the BU squad by providing business support and delivering local HR services.
• Escalate business-specific queries to the BU People Experience Lead and functional queries to the relevant Shared Service Center (SSC) team.
• Act as the key point of contact for employees and managers regarding:
  • HR-related queries
  • Self-service transactions
  • HR portal navigation
  • Policy interpretation
  • Process support requiring face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation
• Focus on improving employee experience and continuously enhancing end-to-end operational HR services.

Responsible for Delivery of the Following HR Services:

• Ongoing employee onboarding
• Local learning delivery and support
• Time & Attendance support (plant environment)
• Local employee query resolution
• Hourly recruitment (plant outside North America)

Additional Responsibilities:

• People Experience Advisors working in non-shared service supported countries and/or plant locations will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR services.
• Provide HR advice and guidance related to their Business Unit by using judgement and business knowledge to identify potential HR concerns and proactively provide solutions.
• Support documentation and implementation of local/country-specific HR policies.
• Identify service issues, recommend improvements, and support implementation of process changes.
• Support delivery of HR projects and initiatives within their country/business unit.
• Provide Employee Relations support where services are not provided by the Shared Service Center (SSC).
