Job Summary
Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient and family care and education. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team, participates in identifying solutions to variances from patient goals, and ensures appropriate implementation.

- Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills to develop effective nursing care plans within the assigned unit/department.
- Ability to perform a wide range of professional nursing services.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and hospital staff.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred
- Previous experience working in a Level II Trauma facility.
