Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: This is an onsite position and will be working at one of the following locations: Waltham, Ma, Carlsbad, Ca, or Pittsburgh, PA.
Duration: 6months W2 contract with high possibility of extension based on performance and depending on business needs
Pay Range: $40 to $45/Hour on W2
Shift Timing: Monday-Friday- 40 hour week, flexible schedule
Job Description:
Support key marketing initiatives focused on demand generation and commercial growth.
This individual will partner with the marketing and commercial teams to execute **lead-generation programs**, including campaign coordination, lead capture and follow-up activities, and tracking program effectiveness.
The Marketing Specialist will also support **tradeshows and industry events**, helping coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, pre- and post-event communications, lead management, and other activities that maximize engagement and return on investment.
The Marketing Specialist will also provide day-to-day support for **Global Campaign Management (GCM)** initiatives, helping coordinate campaign execution across channels, stakeholders, and timelines.
Responsibilities may include developing and updating campaign materials, coordinating with internal and external partners, maintaining project timelines, supporting reporting and performance tracking, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
Qualification:
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, event marketing, and campaign execution is preferred.

Candidates must have Project Management experience and experience managing Trade Shows
