Duration: 11/02/2026 – 01/02/2027

Schedule: Weeknights and weekends, 48hrs/week, four 12-hour shifts. Flex position; shifts predominantly nights.

Travel Payrate – ( Candidate live more than 50 Miles)
Overall weekly payrate – $3062.55
W2 per hour – $39
Weekly stipend – $!658.25
Payrate – $85.07/hour with stipend( all inclusive)

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our NICU team in Providence, RI. This is a contract position with a hard start and end date. The role requires working weeknights and weekends, including some holidays. Strong candidates may be fast-tracked without a full interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to neonates in a Level II/III NICU setting.
• Manage and operate ventilators and other high-acuity equipment for neonates.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information and care in the EPIC EMR system.
• Comply with all vaccination requirements, including flu and COVID-19 vaccines.

Required Skills:

• Active RN license (or compact, if applicable to RI).
• BLS certification (AHA).
• NRP certification required.
• STABLE certification preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent NICU experience (Level II/III).
• Vent/high-acuity neonate experience preferred.
