Job Title: Tactical (OFP) Quality Engineer

Location: Moline, IL

Shift: 1st shift – 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Description

As an OFP Quality Engineer at the client s Cylinder Moline Factory, you will support nearly every aspect of Quality operations and provide hands-on support to the production floor in a machining/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the production floor through Scrap, Non-Conforming Material, Material Review Board (MRB), and Cleanliness Testing processes.
• Serve as the primary Quality contact for multiple manufacturing departments, including machining, plating, welding, and assembly.
• Provide daily on-the-floor support to operators for concerns that could impact product quality.
• Gather and analyze quality data and drive corrective actions within teams.
• Support multiple Quality reports and maintain automated data collection systems, including QDAS and JDAAT.
• Apply strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve production and quality issues.
