Job Title: Aspire PMO Coordinator

Summary:

Diagnostics is looking for a PMO Coordinator for the deployment of Wave 5a & 5b. This role will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) working closely with the Diagnostics Wave PMO team. The PMO Coordinator ensures that all PMO aspects of the deployment are considered, understood, and followed. This includes adopting the PMO deployment toolkit and completing all deliverables. The role involves close contact with the global Diagnostics PMO wave Lead and local deployment team members, supporting the local/site deployment lead, local functional leaders, and affected employees in all aspects of project management. The PMO Coordinator is accountable for owning the program management methodology and planning for a successful go-live of this deployment wave.

Responsibilities:

• Provides guidance, operationalizes, and monitors the execution of work, connecting our delivery organization.
• Supports the Wave 5a and 5b PMO in executing ASPIRE PMO Methodologies and Governance.
• Supports the Backlog Management process and tools.
• Collaborates closely with the Wave 5a and Wave 5b Wave and PMO Lead for PMO activities.
• Works with the Wave Lead and PMO Wave Lead to drive key PMO project activities.
• Ensures milestones are properly linked to overall milestones (critical path).
• Ensures best practices in project management are applied throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinates activities for project and functional teams to meet established milestones.
• Supports the Change Control Process for respective areas of responsibility.
• Ensures additional templates and documentation management tools are in place as needed.
• Supports reporting activities and provides accurate status updates.
• Executes operational project management for wave level activities.
• Manages Risk, Issue, Assumptions, Decisions, and Product support.
• Handles Schedule Management.
• Supports Status & Progress Reporting.
• Manages Project Templates and Documentation.
• Ensures the delivery of all mandatory deliverables in time for milestones.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor s degree is highly preferred.
• 5 years experience as a project coordinator.
• Experience updating databases and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Airtable, Jira).
• Proven track record in the successful management of large project streams.
• Proficient in transforming data into dashboards.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work across multiple international time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with mature judgment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple organizational levels.
• Ability to direct, coordinate, and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activities.
• Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership.
