Position: Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI 53051
Duration: November 16, 2026 – February 12, 2027 (12 weeks and 5 days)
Schedule: 36 hours/week, 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week; night shift; every other weekend; float as needed
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Requirements
Required Experience
Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of patient populations relevant to the assigned unit.
Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice sufficient for RN licensure.
Required Education
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Preferred Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Required Licensure & Certifications
Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license or a multistate nursing license from a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers or an AHA-approved equivalent.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient setting.
Demonstrate competency in delivering nursing care primarily to adult patients.
Provide care and management appropriate to the assigned patient population.
Perform nursing responsibilities in accordance with professional nursing theory and practice standards.
