- Candidates should be familiar with good laboratory practices (GLP), maintaining accurate records, following SOPs, and ensuring data integrity.
- Ideal candidates will have experience working in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, translational research, or academic research laboratories where they supported ongoing scientific studies and experiments.
- Manager is looking for candidates who can work independently in the lab, troubleshoot routine laboratory issues, and contribute to the efficient execution of research activities.
- Strong organizational skills are important, as the individual may be responsible for coordinating sample inventories, tracking experimental progress, managing laboratory records, and supporting study logistics.
- Candidates with experience in cell culture techniques, aseptic laboratory practices, reagent preparation, laboratory data management, and research documentation will be viewed favorably.
- Preference for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of balancing hands-on scientific work with laboratory coordination responsibilities.
