Job Title: Phlebotomist II
Job Location: Berwyn, IL- 60402
Duration: 2+ months of Contract with possibilities of an extension or Temp to Hire
Schedule: Mon-Thu (8:00 am – 5:00 pm), Wed & Fri (8:00 am – 4:00 pm), Thu (8:00 am – 11:00 am), Sat (8:00 am – 1:00 pm) CST
Pay Range: $23.20/hr – $24.90/hr on W2
Job Description:
- Min. 1 year of professional Phlebotomist experience inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections. is required.
- Perform blood draws safely and accurately.
- Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Verify patient information and ensure specimen labels are correct before sending to the lab.
- Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections when required.
- Follow HIPAA, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures and making patients feel comfortable.
- Help maintain smooth daily operations at assigned locations.
What They’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Confident, independent phlebotomist who can work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent patient interaction and specimen collection skills.
