Job Title: Travel CT Scan Tech
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12:00 PM–10:30 PM | 10 Hours/Day | 40.00 Hours/Week
Pay – $70/hr. – $75/hr. ($2800/week – $3000/week)
Note:
- Hours: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–10:30 PM.
- No on-call responsibilities.
- Four (4) 10-hour shifts.
- Epic experience plus.
- Competency test required within 24 hours of submission, sent via candidate’s email. Please ensure an up-to-date email is provided at the time of submission.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Two (2) years of CT Technologist experience.
- Perform CT procedures in a fast-paced Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center.
- Perform CT exams for trauma, emergency, outpatient, inpatient, intensive care, research, and CT-guided procedures.
- Create diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety.
- Practice and enforce radiation safety measures in accordance with New York State Department of Health Code Part 16.
Education:
- Graduate of an approved two-year AMA Radiologic Technology School.
- High school graduate.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- New York State Registration in Diagnostic Radiography or Limited Permit to practice in New York State.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registration.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Provider, CPR, or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer Certification.
