Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Pacific Time)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk II to support warehouse operations at a regional supply fulfillment center. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against documentation.
• Break down pallets and boxes using approved cutting tools.
• Store inventory in designated warehouse locations, racks, or storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Build boxes and package materials using appropriate packing methods and supplies.
• Print and apply shipping labels using shipping software.
• Perform inventory counts, material transfers, and stock replenishment.
• Prepare pallets and load outbound shipments onto trucks.
• Complete offline order fulfillment and product labeling as needed.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if authorized).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety guidelines, warehouse procedures, and material handling policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Experience using shipping software and printing shipping labels.
• Ability to recognize, count, and verify inventory accurately.
• Knowledge of proper packaging and shipping techniques.
• Understanding of safe lifting and box-cutting practices.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
