Title: Visual Merchandising Coordinator
Location: New York, NY – Local to NY Office
Contract: 4 Months and Possibility of Extension
Work hours: 30 to 40 hours a week – 9am to 5pm
Pay Rate – $30.14/hour on W2
This role is responsible for creating and distributing monthly Marketing and Visual Merchandising Guidelines to more than 1,000 stores across multiple store formats and design concepts. This includes 22 versions for Clients and approximately 10 versions for For Eyes.
Key responsibilities include overseeing all monthly store marketing materials and merchandising directives. The ideal candidate excels at handling a high volume of documents and communications, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and brings strong project management capabilities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, update, and distribute monthly marketing and visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring timely delivery to all stores.
Support new store openings, remodels, and relocations by providing updated guidelines and materials as needed, including graphics checklist.
Assist in creating new guidelines and supporting materials for ongoing and upcoming special projects.
Support the props checklist.
Own and maintain the prop catalog.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite primarily InDesign with a strong background in graphic design; experience with 2D and 3D renderings is a plus.
2–4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-brand retail environment.
Proven ability to create and manage a high volume of associate-facing documents.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
