Job Description:
Duties
- Responsible for filling, capping, labeling, and completing batch records.
- Put away Finished Good Inventory (FGI).
- Perform kit assembly and product pouching.
- Work closely with BMIA departments (LEGENDplex and ELISA) and cross-functional teams including Planning, Receiving, Inventory Control, Custom Solution Team (CST), Packaging, ClientI, and Quality Control.
Skills
- Adhere to all BSL2 safety policies, procedures, dress code, and health & safety guidelines.
- Follow line clearance policies to prevent cross-contamination, mix-ups, and incorrect items being bottled.
- Perform kit assembly and product pouching processes.
- Perform bottling-related tasks including dispensing antibody solutions, capping, and labeling vials, tubes, or bottles.
- Verify materials and documentation (e.g., concentrations, lot numbers) for accuracy.
- Perform simple mathematical calculations.
- Store finished goods under designated temperature conditions.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
- Set up and prepare equipment for production operations.
- Operate computer-controlled process equipment (e.g., filling line, lyophilizer, capping, and labeling machines).
- Follow SOPs accurately to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean work area and laboratory equipment in accordance with 5S guidelines.
- Maintain accurate training records and complete required training on time.
- Follow all GDP policies.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Education
- High school diploma/GED or some college.
- 6 months of experience in a laboratory, biotech manufacturing, or filling/bottling/packaging environment.
