Job Title: RN – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Seattle, WA 98112
Contract: 13 Weeks of contract (possibility of extension)
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3×12-Hour Shifts)
Pay Rate:

• Local: $70/hr on W2
• Travel: $2,850/Weekly Gross

Job Overview
The ER RN will collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care while maintaining excellent clinical judgment and communication.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to medical emergencies.
• Assist with trauma cases, cardiac events, respiratory emergencies, and other critical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time Emergency Room experience
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) – Required or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 6 months of hire
