Job Title: RN – Outpatient
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 03 months Contract
Schedule: M-F 8 am-4 pm
Hourly rate: $52/hour on W2 (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, health promotion, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC.
• Ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development.
• Perform charge nurse duties when assigned.
• Support efficient patient flow and resource utilization.

Required Qualifications

• Active NYS RN/LPN License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of RN/LPN experience
• Minimum 2 years of ambulatory care experience
• EPIC experience
