Job Title: Digital Account Specialist, Local Stations
Location: New York, NY 10036 (Onsite)

Pay Range: $30/hr. – $34/hr. on W2
Role Overview:
The Digital Account Specialist drives the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital and cross-platform advertising campaigns across Client s expansive media ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Ad Operations, Yield, Finance, and Client Services, playing a critical part in delivering flawless post-sale execution and a best-in-class advertiser experience. We re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced media environment and is eager to grow their career in digital advertising operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support Sales and Account Management teams by managing day-to-day post-sale execution of digital and cross-platform advertising campaigns.
• Troubleshoot client order entry, creative asset collection, tracking tags, and brand safety requirements to ensure accurate campaign setup and delivery.
• Collaborate with Trafficking, Yield, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and deliver aProductst performance objectives.
• Monitor live campaigns, investigate delivery or reporting issues, and proactively recommend optimizations or solutions to mitigate revenue risk.
• Produce and analyze campaign performance reports, troubleshoot third-party discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
• Partner with Finance and Billing to support billing accuracy, invoice adjustments, and resolution of discrepancies with agencies and clients.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality client experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital media, advertising operations, client services, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables); experience with reporting tools a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, proactive working style.
• Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager), digital measurement platforms, or order management systems (e.g., Operative, Salesforce) is a plus.
