Title: Travel Certified Surgical Technologist – CVOR
Location: Reno, NV 89511
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: Days, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (10-Hour Shifts)
Travel Pay Rate: $2,950/Weekly Gross (Stipends: $1,831.20 included)
Job Summary:
Provides specialized CVOR surgical technologist support by preparing the operative field, scrubbing complex cardiovascular procedures, and assisting the surgical team throughout surgery.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare CVOR suites, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies required for cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Perform first and second scrub duties, anticipate surgical needs, pass instruments, and maintain sterile technique throughout procedures
• Assist with patient positioning, surgical counts, room turnover, and post-procedure case cleanup according to department standards

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NBSTSA Certification

Experience:

• Two (2) years of CVOR Surgical Technologist experience required
• First and second scrub experience required
• Travel experience required
