Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to support clinical operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Medical Assistant will assist providers with patient care, clinical procedures, documentation, and day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining excellent patient service and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information.
• Assist with patient intake, rooming, and discharge processes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Support providers and clinical staff with day-to-day patient care activities.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinical protocols.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical areas.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other healthcare team members.
• Provide professional and compassionate patient service.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on clinic needs.

Requirements

• Min 1 year of Medical Assistant experience required.
• WA State Medical Assistant License
