Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and execute complex cross-functional projects for supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Manage timelines and execution of IT & business COE led transportation, warehouse, and distribution projects.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated Logistics and Transportation program/project timelines and governance.
- Drive project management best practices for logistics execution at a global and regional level.
- Align cross-functional teams on strategies, goals, resources, and timelines.
- Organize and lead core team and executive steering committee meetings, including status reports.
- Resolve constraints and challenges impacting timely and successful project execution.
- Communicate project status, critical path, and potential risks to the organization.
- Manage project deliverables, including kick-off presentations, project schedules, budgets, business blueprints, test plans, and training plans.
- Engage in Organization Change Management, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and solution adoption.
- Ensure compliance with internal business and quality system requirements and external regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
- PMP Certification and SAP Supply Chain Project Management Experience are must-haves.
- Experience with SAP GTS, SAP S/4, EWMS, and TMS is desired.
- Over 7 to 10 years of experience in business and IT with strong project delivery experience.
- Experience in SAP ERP solutions with ECC6.0 or S/4 HANA is a key differentiator.
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations of SAP ECC6.0 and S/4 HANA projects.
- Experience managing partnerships with third-party system integrators and service providers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, influence, and work well at all levels of an organization in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects at once.
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading major cross-functional projects in Manufacturing Operations.
- Medical device experience is a plus.
- Experience with supervising people is desired.
- Certification in project management (PMP) or Scrum Master (CSM) is desired.
- Proficiency in MS Office and JIRA.
- BS or equivalent work experience.
