Job Title: RN – Rehab
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 3 months Contract
Schedule: NIGHTS 7:00pm-7:30am, EOW
Hourly rate: $53/ hour on W2 Negotiable

• Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Required Experience: 2 years rehab & mechanical ventilation experience
• License: Active NYS RN License
• Certifications: BLS required
• EMR: EPIC experience
• Key Duties: Patient assessment, nursing care, care planning, medication management, patient/caregiver education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Patient Experience: Bedside shift report, purposeful hourly rounding, medication review, admission/discharge support, and service recovery
• Quality & Safety: Evidence-based practice, quality improvement, safety compliance, accurate documentation, and escalation of safety concerns
• Operations: Charge nurse duties as assigned, resource/supply management, staffing escalation, and patient throughput
• Professional Development: Ongoing clinical education, professional growth, shared decision-making, and participation in unit initiatives
