Job Title: RN – Emergency Room
Location: Fresno, CA
Duration: 3 months contract (possibility of extension)
Shift Time: Night Shift | 07:00 PM – 07:30 AM | Every other weekend & holidays required
Local Pay Rate: $65.00/hr on W2
Travel Pay Rate: $2,900/Weekly gross including the stipend of $1,504/Weekly
Responsibilities Include:

• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring based on acuity and clinical needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans and provide appropriate emergency interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, IV therapy, and other prescribed interventions safely and accurately.
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in status, and respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, follow-up care, and discharge instructions.
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and emergency department protocols at all times.

Required Certificate :

• Minimum 1+ year of recent full-time RN ER experience (within the last 3 years)
• Active RN California state license
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
