Job Title: RN –ED
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 3 months Contract
Schedule: 7:00A – 7:30P ( EOW + 4th shift per Month)
Hourly rate: $ 67/ hour on W2 Negotiable

• License: Active NYS RN License
• Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience
• ED Experience: Required
• Trauma Experience: 2 years of Trauma Level II & Pediatric ED experience
• Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS
• EHR: EPIC experience
• Unit: 24 beds; average census 17
• Staffing Ratio: 1:2
• Key Responsibilities: Patient care, assessment, care planning, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, medication safety, documentation, and discharge/transition planning
• Quality & Safety: Evidence-based practice, quality improvement, safety compliance, and escalation of clinical/safety concerns
• Operations: Charge nurse duties as assigned, resource management, staffing/supply coordination, and patient throughput
• Professional Development: Ongoing clinical competency, ethical practice, teamwork, shared decision-making, and lifelong learning
