Job Title: RN Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Locations: Northern California
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: Day / Night 12hr shift
Pay Local: $70/hr – $75/hr W2 (Negotiable)
Pay Range: $2,700 – $3200 Gross Weekly
Available Locations: Oakland | South San Francisco | Santa Clara | San Jose | San Leandro | Vallejo| Vacaville / Antioch, CA
Job Duties:
Deliver comprehensive, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting.
Continuously monitor and assess patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition.
Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safe and accurate delivery.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families throughout the care process.
Requirements:
Active California RN License (unrestricted)
Minimum 1+ years of recent ICU experience (acute care hospital setting preferred)
BLS and ACLS certifications required (NIHSS preferred)
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Experience with ventilators, titratable drips, and advanced cardiac monitoring
