Title: RN – Step Down (ED)
Location: Golden, CO 80401
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: 3×12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Local Pay: $64/hr. on W2
Travel Pay: $2534/Weekly (Blended)
Job Summary:
Provides observation and step-down level nursing care for patients requiring close monitoring, ongoing assessment, and timely clinical interventions.
Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and manage patients in an Observation/Step-Down setting with changing clinical conditions
Administer medications, perform treatments, and evaluate patient responses to care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe transitions, accurate documentation, and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
Licensure: RN CO/Compact License
Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
Experience: 1+ Year Step-Down / PCU as RN
