Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) specializing in Medical-Surgical Telemetry to join our healthcare team in Los Angeles and Harbor City, California. The ideal candidate will have strong medical-surgical nursing skills, experience monitoring cardiac patients, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and changes in patients’ conditions.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Operate and interpret telemetry monitoring equipment and promptly report abnormal findings.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions.
Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
Follow hospital policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
