Job title: Design Coordinator

Job Description:
- Initiate product approvals, maintain product database, and assist with product submission routing at all stages.
- Manage email aliases for asset requests and general communication to suppliers regarding updates.
- Process incoming samples (opening boxes, entering in system & delivering to the team)
- Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining mailing lists and providing tracking information
- File samples and assist in the maintenance of product storage
- Create and review a wide variety of documents such as organization lists, tracking forms, and various confidential documents
- Manage product lifecycle management tool (PLM) as the main point of contact for design team, assisting with product
- Manage, maintain and assist in the development of presentations for internal creative reviews and keep archival presentations up to date and accurate through development process
- Provide additional design and tactical support for the Product Design teams as needed, including POV boards, color pages, and graphic manipulation
- Assist with production of mechanical art files for design team, setting up files and processing through internal systems
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree with relevant experience, preferably within a fast-moving, consumer-facing brand is a plus.
- Associate’s Degree preferred education
- This is an on-site position, non-remote based in Florida
- Advanced knowledge in Keynote and/or PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite is a must
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Illustrator is a must
- Additional software knowledge is recommended but not necessary: Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep knowledge of all of the client Company brands.
