Eligibility Lead Representative
Job Location: Remote, FL
Duration: 100% remote, sourcing can be done across US but preference is MO
Shift Schedule: Must be able to work any shift between 7am to 8pm CST, Monday-Friday
Summary:
This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, providing an opportunity for individuals across the US, with a preference for candidates located in Missouri. The role involves managing eligibility processes and requires a strong understanding of pharmacy and insurance procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Work any shift between 7am to 8pm CST, Monday-Friday.
- Participate in training from 12/07/2026 through 1/08/2027, Monday-Friday, 8-5pm.
- Transition to production under individual supervisor starting 1/11.
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Pharmacy Technician experience or license is highly preferred.
- 1 year of customer service experience required.
- 2 years of experience with Prescription Benefit Programs, Pharmacy Coverage, Prior Authorization, Eligibility, or Insurance processes preferred.
- 2 years of experience in healthcare, medical terminology, CPT, and ICD codes preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel) and technical savvy navigating multiple systems and platforms required.
